Module 4
Turning insight into action through the art and precision of Montessori practice.
Â
Ten sessions exploring sensorial development, concentration, work-curve analysis, and the inner life of the child.
Through detailed observation and thoughtful reflection, you will learn how to move from information gathering to genuine developmental practice, creating bespoke programmes that respond to the needs of each individual child.
Module 4 invites you into the subtle and fascinating details of Montessori practice. Having explored the deeper principles that guide our work in ealreire modules, you will now examine how those principles are expressed through the child's direct experience of the environment.
By deepening your understanding of sensorial development, points of consciousness, and the transformative role of concentration, you will gain new insight into the extraordinary process of human development. This module helps you see more clearly the intelligence, purpose, and potential that unfold when the child's developmental needs are met with precision and care.
By the end of this module, you will be able to move confidently from observation to analysis and from analysis to action.
You will learn how to translate evidence into bespoke developmental programmes and recognise, within everyday practice, the emergence of concentration, inner discipline, and character formation.
Module 4 marks the transition from observing children to understanding what those observations mean. It is where guides begin to recognise the developmental significance hidden within everyday activity and learn how to respond with increasing precision.

FROM THE COMMUNITY
What Guides Are Saying.
Dear Karen, as I said many times before, your work is an inspiration for me and most of all I learned from you that being positive, calm and also playful really makes the difference in the relationship with children
There are some moments in a class when you see, feel and realise that something significant is going to happen and it’s only from Karen that I have learned how to manage and amplify the significance, how to predict it and make it a part of a real sincere life of our community.
Karen you are a very kind, professional and a wonderful person. Thank you so much for your experienced advice, practice notes and better insight how to start Montessori class.
